This was a peaceful and nice location short walk to Victoria's central bus station, and Rabat, shops and restaurants near. Booked a room with exceptional views even to the ocean;)))

The room at B&B La Fenice by Giancarlo was cozy and well-equipped. The sofa in the double room was incredibly comfortable, I felt like I was sinking into a cloud!

Limited hot water supply.

we had breads, cereals, fruit and cheese in the morning. the rooms were reasonably spacious and had a great layout.

I really enjoyed staying in this property and its great and unbeatable location.

I booked it many times and recommend. The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a pretty nice area, close to the town centre and the Citadel and surrounding terrain and the main bus terminal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and I especially loved the private balcony where I could hang my laundry to dry. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby, and it was just a short walk to the main bus terminal. The hotel facilities were great, and the view from the large balcony was stunning, especially during breakfast and in the evening for drinks. The staff, Giancarlo and his wife, were incredibly kind and accommodating, providing detailed explanations and even offering an umbrella when it rained. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff were exceptional.

Mind-blowing experience! This stylish flat with antiquities exceeded all expectations. The spacious room with balcony and comfortable queen size bed provided pure bliss. The common facilities like the clean and spacious kitchen and bathroom were a dream. The wide common terrace with jaw-dropping views of Victoria Citadel and sunset left us speechless. The location, just a 7-minute walk from the city bus terminal, made traveling in Gozo a breeze. A perfect getaway spot, highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at La Fenice By Giancarlo! The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the beautiful places in Gozo. The house itself was charming and clean, with lovely decor and a huge balcony that offered breathtaking views of the Castello. The owner, Giancarlo, was the best host I've ever encountered. He warmly welcomed me and provided all the necessary information for sightseeing. He was always willing to help and had a friendly smile on his face. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend La Fenice By Giancarlo for a fantastic stay in Gozo.

Although my stay was fantastic, I did encounter a couple of drawbacks. The heating in the living space was not efficient, making it a bit chilly during my visit in January.

This double room is so cozy and comfortable! I really loved the sofa, it was perfect for lounging around after a long day of exploring Victoria. The seating area was great for relaxing and the dining area was a nice touch for enjoying meals.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the sofa in this room. I found it a bit too firm for my liking.

The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. The shower had good water pressure and there was always plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during the hot summer months.

Finding the hotel was a challenge. The address provided online was incorrect, which led to confusion and wasted time.

giancarlo's hospitality at la fenice was exceptional - from his helpful recommendations to the immaculate accommodations and stunning terrace views, our stay surpassed our previous visit to victoria. everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more.

The hotel also offers easy access to a beautiful beach, perfect for a day of relaxation. the hotel provides stunning views of the citadel, allowing guests to admire the historical architecture from the comfort of their own room. The rooms are well-equipped with all necessary facilities, such as air conditioning, a fridge, and a shared bathroom with complimentary amenities. The helpful and friendly staff ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Plus, the simple yet satisfying breakfast is a great start to the day.

The hot water supply in the showers can be unreliable at times, which can be disappointing for guests.

The apartment had a great terrace with an amazing view and it was conveniently located near the central bus station. The free WiFi was excellent for staying connected. Plus, the host was friendly and provided helpful information about the area.

The room was not as clean as I expected and there were some issues with the air conditioner. It took a while to cool down the room and it wasn't very effective during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The house and our room were spotlessly clean, and we loved having access to a private balcony as well as the stunning terrace with its amazing view over the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Victoria bus station and with a bus stop only 2 minutes away, making it easy to explore the island. Giancarlo's two adorable dogs were an extra bonus! If you're looking for a cozy "home away from home" experience, this is the place to book.

Stayed at a B&B that claimed to offer "air-conditioned accommodation", but turns out it actually had air conditioning AND free WiFi! What a shocker, right?

Oh, and the cons? Well, let's just say the non-existent mini bar left me feeling parched and disappointed.

I recently stayed at La Fenice, a small residential apartment in Rabat. Giancarlo, the friendly proprietor, made our stay memorable with his helpfulness and adorable chihuahuas. The location was perfect, just minutes from the center and with a breathtaking view of the Cittadella from the terrace. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Giancarlo's hospitality and attention to detail made this a truly enjoyable accommodation.
